Y’all know any small black company’s used for IT or at the very very least low level help desk

Our company wants to outsource but the Indians gave us major problems in the past.

They asked me to throw in suggestions so I want to keep the money with a breh plus have some leverage/ally when I start my own shyt.

Rapier Solutions – Technology – Engineering

Found these guys with a google search, but no company worth their salt is going to advertise "black owned" so good luck OP.

@Obreh Winfrey i would like to look more into architect/urban planning/culture engineering stuff. Wish we could start a firm that designed a 21st century black Mecca.
@jackswstd landscaping is also very important, the upkeep of the land is important and I wish we could teach more black homeowners how to cultivate their land like they invest in the houses and cars.
All these engineers in here we could make a few firms. We always talk about black empowerment etc and don’t realize that this is the exact platform people been looking for to build on.
I need a breh who flips stocks to manage my portfolio :wow: start a coli bank :wow:

Software architecture, not traditional architecture.

I'm sure there is, but normally you would ease into a junior network admin role internally, maybe from something like helpdesk lead.
Very few people are going to hire a network admin externally who hasn't passed at least his CCNA, let alone his Net+

Thanks, I know what to grind out in the next year. :salute:

Word we need that shyt too lmao I never heard architect in that sense but now that you said it it makes 100% sense.

Architect is the highsest level of engineering in the tech field (outside of management)

Usually goes Technician > Administrator > Engineer > Architect

If you have Architect behind your name in IT, you're making at least 120k, no question
