Over here we use VSTS (TFS depending on the project), Jira, and Github primarily.
Although personally I think everything can be accomplished on VSTS with VSP, but weaning people of Jira is damn near impossible. And Git repos are admittedly easier to use, especially in mixed environments (widnows+linux).
