He just started teaching, and set up a program with our company to give out 2 greens a year. I am 1 of the 2 this year. He is a director with the company we been in, but they are grooming him to be an officer.

I'm sure there is, but normally you would ease into a junior network admin role internally, maybe from something like helpdesk lead.
Very few people are going to hire a network admin externally who hasn't passed at least his CCNA, let alone his Net+
