What is your stance on people being late?

i hate that shyt when i'm at work

people know they have to be in at 8am or 3pm and they show up 30 minutes late.

i understand u got a ticket for speeding, flat tire or real bad traffic, but i overslept as an excuse or i forgot i had to be in at that time the schedule been posted for the last 3 weeks

Can't stand being late or other people being late...its one of my major pet peeves; if I have to be someplace, I'm atleast 15-30 minutes early.
