... I've done 295, but normally do 275 for 4x4. But, my technique must be shyt, because I hurt my lower back a couple times a year. I may cut deadlifts out, or switch to hex bar.


I estimate I can bench at least 350. I can bench 315 3-4 reps. 225 20 reps.
Squat & Deadlift?I aint did that shyt since high school. I could do at least 405 of both at that time though.
I was 250-260 in high school though, I'm like 200-205 now.
So much has changed since this post. Since I got down to 175 doing a weight loss contest, I've tried to make 185 my new normal weight. I've started to hit my legs pretty good twice a week. I started doing squats again and will do some deadlifts every now and then, but them shyts is harder then I remember
