I've heard the same. Some people have even said to just get older models from Craigslist LOL
Consumer reports and the New York Times and other websites have said LG is the number one brand right now. We went to Best Buy today...and the dude was saying LG the best too.Our LG washer and dryer has been performing well thus far.
