If you from the south you know. No excuse not to marinate any meat in it.

Depends on what I'm making. If it's stewed chicken or something then I use green seasoning which is basically a mixture of spanish thyme, celery, onion, garlic, pemento and peppers.

If I'm making curry then I just use curry powder, onion and garlic :ahh:

It depends on what type of chicken I am making.

But, I typically use:

Lawry's Casero total seasoning( highly underrated, IMO)
Tony Chachere Creole seasoning original or spice n herbs
Mrs Dash Original blend
Onion powder or salt
Garlic powder or salt
Garlic pepper or regular Black pepper
McCormick's pink Himalayan salt, garlic and pepper blend or onion, garlic and Black pepper blend

If I grill or bake, then I would use some type of marinade, bag/seal the meat, then the fridge before cooking. If I fry, then I will season the flour, egg batter and maybe lightly season the chicken.

I got a whole pantry full of shyt to season my chicken or whatever meat I choose to cook. Even got some extra seasonings on my culinary kitchen.

If I'm firing up Dat Foreman. FIRST thang I'm doing is baivin it in summa dat olive awl. Then I'll prolly sprainkle some old bay, lemon peppa, Trader Joes 21 seasoning salute :salute:, or garlic powder. TA pizinch of dat Dekalb Farmers Market Pink Sherpa Himalayan Coarse Sea Salt is always a must if you want the chicken tasting like food of the melaniated peoples. Throw that in a ziploc bag, shake it up, let it sit bout lem, twelve mins or longer in dat fridgerator then throw it on that grill:noah:
