just took one of these things off a machine for the 100th time, and it occurs to me that i dont know why people use them :dead:

why the hell wouldn't you just pick one of the two weights it puts you between, and do more or less reps :mindblown: is this really necessary?

unless you maxed out the stack, why not just pick one of the two fukkin weights you're "between" :laff:

Like I said, cause you too weak to lift some real weight you don't appreciate the minute differences between the increments that are labelled on the stack.......but you stay cookin on your 10lb block playboi............:sas2:
