why the hell wouldn't you just pick one of the two weights it puts you between, and do more or less reps is this really necessary?
If they are tracking progress it’s helpfuljust took one of these things off a machine for the 100th time, and it occurs to me that i dont know why people use them

unless you maxed out the stack, why not just pick one of the two fukkin weights you're "between"
Like I said, cause you too weak to lift some real weight you don't appreciate the minute differences between the increments that are labelled on the stack.......but you stay cookin on your 10lb block playboi............thats the point no one does

Triceps extensions are a great cheat exercise. They can build those outer arms quickly making you appear more swole than you actually are.I use those for tricep ext because the cable machine only goes to 100lbs.
Always tossing them off. I don't even know how much they're supposed to weigh.
