What would a potential 5/6 rings do for Durant's & Curry's legacy?

nikkas are incorrectly using LeBron's situation imo. He had to go through adversity countless times en route to his 2 rings there.

KD & the Warriors on the other hand are set to dominate the NBA for the forseeable future.

Losing that Mavs series ironically helped save Bron's legacy. Not to mention his famous Game 6 performance against the Celtics in the highest pressure game any athlete has ever had. Or the crazy comeback in Game 6 vs the Spurs when Miami fans were leaving their arena in droves.

Curry's legacy gets a huge boost. He'll probably get anointed best PG ever. He's already got best shooter at this point.

Durant's legacy will be interesting....he will push back from Bron AND Jordan stans since the media would HAVE to compare Durant/Jordan due to previous LeBron comparisons and any fault on Durant joining GSW will partially get put on LeBron which LeBron stans hate.

If Durant gets at least 2 rings and 2 Finals MVPs, I expect the media to run with

1.) Kevin Durant: Best Player in the World?
2.) Kevin Durant better pure scorer than MJ?
3.) Did Westbrook hold back Durant?
