ok so we are on the same page, im sitting here thinking to myself like
saying that isometric contraction is irrelevant just flies in the face of everything you hear about compound lifts like the infamous "heavy deads and squats and low bodyfat give you abs"
i will say this though, i dont do shrugs yet my traps are pretty proportional from DL and OH Press
