that doesn't work since the lawyer doing the agreement will factor that in. Every decision in marriage is slightly based on divorce or not. So long as you don't make her sign it within 24 hours, you should be good to go. 2 to 4 weeks is great time for someone to have a "distress" claim thrown out.
