Treadmills? :scusthov: I only run outside. When I'm not being lazy (as I have been lately since I'm on vacay) I do 2 miles in the morning before breakfast, 2 miles in the evening before dinner, 6 days a week. Now lately I've been doing 2 miles 3 times a week

my cardio is shyt. for me to run 3mi it takes 30-33min. my main concern is speed tho. asthma messes up my endurance

once school starts im gunna do soccer 2x a week and bball for 2hrs. i still might run 3mi one or twice too

OK MAN so it's true...what you can do on the treadmill is nowhere near what you can do on a track.

I can usually run 2 miles in 15 minutes. But I had to stop when I hit the first mile, at 7:02. I shaved off some time but I was really exhausted. It was all humid and everything compared to the crisp gym air. I should have known.

I basically have no idea what I'm doing outside of sprint/intervals. Anytime I try to run for distance I feel like a fat kid.

That's good and all bro, but the main thing is diet. That's how I cut, change my diet and don't do cardio and I look great. Now if I did low intensity cardio in sure I'd see even better results. Interval sprinting is good, I lost a lot of weight like that when I was a begginers, but again my diet was on point.

I peak at 40 miles per week during the year.. Cut it in half for fall and winter

I run like 4-5 miles every Saturday night around 9pm. I wish i could do more during weekdays, but I work 80 hrs in those days. :manny:

ill do ellipitcals or bike at the gym when i got extra time...30 min at least.

i walk at a good pace least 3 miles everyday besides that.

jumprope 3x a week

half hour 4 mile treadmill run 3-4 days/week, keeps it real simple
