I do sprints on a soccer field near me ~100 meters, reps of those. Or if im at the gym I do sprints back and forth on the basketball court, from baseline to baseline. If that's a no go, then I jump rope and do burpees.


ran for about 10-15 minutes at the gym everyday and then i had basketball 5 days a week for at least 2 hours a day. not to mention i lifted 5 days a week
