I do sprints on a soccer field near me ~100 meters, reps of those. Or if im at the gym I do sprints back and forth on the basketball court, from baseline to baseline. If that's a no go, then I jump rope and do burpees.
this spring my cardio was ran for about 10-15 minutes at the gym everyday and then i had basketball 5 days a week for at least 2 hours a day. not to mention i lifted 5 days a week
im done with basketball though and i'm bulking so i only do cardio about once a week.
i used to run 3-4 miles outside everyday and do springs on turf 3 or 4 times a week. I'm on living in hotel status now I'm so doing 1-2 miles a day on the treadmill (boring as fukk) and swimming laps in the pool.
