Any bmore brehs got info on upperly mobile black neighborhoods in the city ?
Upperly Mobile? What does that mean lolAny bmore brehs got info on upperly mobile black neighborhoods in the city ?
Federal Hill, Canton, Fells Points are white areas. Those are big areas with majority white people. Downtown area. Then you do have small pockets like Woodberry, and Hampden, but they’re small. Mostly everything else is either majority black, or a mix. It’s really street by street. Why do people think Baltimore is such a small city? I always wonder this. It's it the square miles within the city limits, is it the population of the city?
Do you know how many white neighborhoods there are in the city? Out of 242 neighborhoods in the city, it's definitely more than the 2 you just named.
Probably the most grittiest large city I've been to. Wanted to say Camden but it's not a comparison...
I live in Philly and Baltimore to me is like![]()

There’s not a lot of neighborhoods that people in Baltimore actually say. We refer to locations by whether its over East or west, and name a major street like North Ave, Pennsylvania. People call Baltimore small because you can reach ANYWHERE in the city within 30 minutes.
Nope. If you start from the very top, it would only take 30 mins top to reach the very bottom. And you’re right, Baltimore doesn’t have traffic. Before Corona, you used to have morning and afternoon rush hour Downtown, but during the day, not at all. Nowadays, there’s not even rush hour.Baltimore must not have no traffic cause Brooklyn and DC are both smaller in square miles and there are parts of both that take longer to get to than 30 minutes.
I assume you meant if you start in the middle of the city?
I’ve lived in Baltimore. You’ll be the mayor if you show up with a stack and some hustle.
lol
