No, Belair Edison isn't like it use to be. It's an interesting neighborhood tho. That neighborhood will probably be getting gentrified as well. I grew up a block away from Morgan.

Thankfully I think just like Chicago it’s gotten better since u were younger. It’s just worse in a young nikka way. I won’t even be fuccin wit people too much when I’m out there just kiccin it at my apartment playing my PS4

No, it hasn't gotten better. The homicide rate is actually higher than it was in the crack-epidemic.

fhats not what I mean. I mean better in the sense you can visit Baltimore and do the right thing and not feel scared. In chicago u can literally get killed anywhere....even downtown. Folks go to the harbor and just know they gotta stay there and don’t venture out into the “hood”
