On some summers in the past, Downtown Bmore/Inner Harbor ain’t no stranger to flash mobbing teenagers. They be deep asf too. Don’t know what it’s like now since COVID became a thing tho.

Lol yeah Bmore can be grimey asf. It’s a dope city and the people are some real down to earth types but it’s definitely a type of city where you gotta keep your head on a swivel depending on where you at, even in a few parts of the downtown area like N Howard St. or Lexington Market. Both Westside and Eastside got a lot of rough neighborhoods, especially the former....And a good chunk of South Bmore aka Down The Hill is pretty hood too. Northeast Bmore seems more decent on average (the parts I’ve been through at least) but it depends on where you are. Don’t know much about Northwest Bmore. I love how gritty the city looks tho, even in the nice areas...It gives me Hey Arnold vibes just like Philly does.
so not even nikkas from Baltimore all have an accent interesting
