What y’all workout and diet been looking like since we quarantined?

About each day depending on how i feel.

I also don’t feel the need to overtrain. I do bench, shoulders, back, and deadlifts and other days I work smaller groups (biceps, triceps, calves, deltoids, etc.) for high reps.

That’s about it

How has your body been holding up with no weights?

i’m 6’1, 185

i’m lean as hell, never been super into weights.

I eat 2 meals between 12pm-9pm. Ill have a granola bar if i’m hungry as an inbetween meal snack

Good to hear.

Few of my dudes fell off and a few that had just got into the grind slipped back into the bs life. Lotta people gonna come outta this looking crazy

Fine, my bands are pretty heavy. About 135 at least in resistance.

That’s normally light weight but its cool enough for what i got to do.

I also still use 25lb dumbells for lateral raises and high rep curls

That’s wassup them bands low key nice,Nah they ain’t weights but you definitely can get some good work if they heavy enough

Have you noticed any difference with the bands or not yet?

I think there is small differences but nothing like you would get when using free weights but it's versatile enough to keep me busy so I'm not complaining too much.

Everybody that's talking about bands, where did you get yours? I've only used bands for PT, never for a legit workout. And are you using them for, both, upper and lower body?
