In 2006, Sean John and Rocawear were still big. They were all over Macy's with posters all over Time Square.

But when that Gucci, LV, ETC became heavy in hip-hop circle it was over.

They died with Hip-Hop fashion.

Well I ain't knocking Ecko by any means because I used to rock Ecko heavy in my 20's. I think Ecko filing for bankruptcy years back might have hurt they rep. SJ has been in Macy's almost 20 yrs.

I'm pushing near 40 so Idc to even keep up w/brands anymore.

i think the best clothes to buy at this point are ones with no visible logos (which means it would be impossible to actually determine what brand it is)

Sean John is still in Macy's until this day and I almost picked up a pair of shorts but realized I didn't need to buy anymore clothes. Rocawear on the other hand, I think they took off the rack at Macy's and started selling it at the lower chain department stores.

Idk. Anytime Macy's remove a said name brand from its stores is when shyt is played out like Ecko which is sold at JCP now.
