Im an average dude but used to have low self-esteem. I suggest dudes to just try to fix what you could fix...start with the quick fixes like getting fresh cuts, finding the haircut/style that works for u (depending on ur face shape, hairline, etc.), working out (this can kill a few birds with one stone) to tone up, bulk up and relieve stress, clear mind and achieve goals, and do what u can do to get ur money up. Now when I say getting money up, I don't mean getting money to sponsor or trick females...but being financially stable and having money stacked up makes for a less stressful life and better mentality. I think finances are very important because not having money stresses me out and it stresses some other people as well. Plus, females like when a man has his own means and able to take her out. Plus, who actually wants someone broke. I would say keep applying for better paying jobs, getting the education u need if u can get it, or trying to move up at ur current company would help....as well as getting 2nd job that isn't too taxing on u...and paying off debt, cards, etc..anything to improve ur personal financial status and credit. It will relieve stress.
As far as long term fixes...it may take time...but u cant let ur looks take over and make u depressed. I wish I could get thru life and just get by off my handsomeness and have a body type that gains no weight and is naturally muscular but I wasn't blessed with all that. But if u didn't win the genetic lottery, then u need to work to get over it. This usually takes time and some things in life takes experience to learn. Like some said on here....u gotta get ur mind right and perspectives in order.
