What's something I can get quick for breakfast that's healthy?

Hard boil some eggs the night before and toss em in the freezer. Easy breakfast in the AM. get some pre-cooked bacon and microwave it for 10 seconds if you want some meat (no homo) to go with it. Quick and easy and relatively healthy.

Oat meal, yogurt, fruit also work but get tired of that shyt after a couple days in a row.

yup if you are short on time in the mornings then make some hard boiled the night before and good to go next day

if you have 5 minutes or so then some quick scrambled eggs are easy and great.

you can even make a "mcmuffin" in a bout 2-3 minutes

Crack an egg in to a small microwave safe container about 3 inches in diameter
cook for 60 secs
toast up a whole wheat english muffin(start before egg goes in microwave)
grab a slice of cheese

and BAM! breakfast sammich to go


I try to eat eggs as much as possible. High in protein and low in calories and tast great.
plus you can make them so many different ways.

Plus unless you already have high cholesterol EAT THE WHOLE DAAMN THING!
tossing out the yolk is basically tossing out half the protein and vitamins that are in an egg.

Speaking of oatmeal, im really into making baked oatmeal now, you make a whole batch when you have time and depending on how much you make and eat it can last you a whole week. Plus there are so many different ways to flavor it(healthy ways)

Here is a pic of the first time i made it, it looks kinda like a granola bar but i was very moist and was sooo good.
Easy as hell prep didnt take long and lasted me a week cause im not a big eater.

I force myself To eat steel cut oatmeal sometimes. That texture is :sadcam: but i add fruit and granola to get a lil crunch.

Or yogurt w fruit n granola can be good and easy too.
