Start by making your bed every morning...the military does this....it's the first accomplishment of the day and it sets the tone and rolls into other small tasks that lead to big tasks..
With that being said write down lots of small goals to accomplish throughout the day as you accomplish them check them off...the visualization of you checking off tasks will build momentum and eventually you'll start conquering bigger and bigger tasks/goals ...this helps to suppress depression,
