I haven't spent money besides necessities in like 2 months. Just saving. Yeah I'm screaming in the inside. Idk what to do but a new co-worker has experience with programming. He freelance (web dev) but he got kids now so he wants to go back to school.

Working out uses up my rage for the most part. 30-45 mins and I' m ready to go. Do anything that uses up that negative energy.

I'm already trying to learn skills to make money, who time for them shyts and spending bread dont make me happy.

A lot of people are depressed for "no reason"...

This is a chemical depression, basically your brain fukking sucks...

The way to make you have a normal mood...is to chemically supplement the chemicals that would naturally regulate your mood...

Working out and all that shyt is whatever...

At the end of the day...if you not doing shrooms, weed, acid, special K or molly at therapeutic doses...you ain't helping yourself...

I didn't do it as an escape from the shytty stuff of life, I did it cause I liked how I felt when I was high.

I actually have suffered from clinical depression for almost 10 years....I'm better now, but it took while...

People don't realize clinical depression is a real [problem...its like if you're brain had cancer that made you feel a certain way when you didn't want to.

Like Io would act out in such self-destructive ways...and I didn't even want to. It's like I had no control over my brain...but now I have more control over my emotions and my depression and I'm feeling great.

Most of this forum doesn't understand people like me...they simple.

I believe in God, Jesus, etc.
I don't see how that makes one happy, You still gotta live life.

Cause we, as human beings, already have the power to ascend to greatness.

I agree with we can be great but theirs a God and a devil. Forget the church, do your own research.

The restoration of proper gut flora*, B vitamins(beef liver)*, and vitamin D(sunlight)*.
This also means switching the diet to a plant-based one, with plenty of organic fruits and vegetables, and clean, antibiotic-free meats.
But first, a one month cycle of a good pro/prebiotic blend, and/or some organic sauerkraut.

The overwhelming majority of serotonin is produced in the gut. If the gut flora is imbalanced due to antibiotic treatments, processed foods and refined sugars, and/or meats laden with antibiotics, enough serotonin will not be produced. Add to that a lack of sunlight, which itself stimulates serotonin production, and you will absolutely be depressed.
I get lots of sunlight
