I haven't spent money besides necessities in like 2 months. Just saving. Yeah I'm screaming in the inside. Idk what to do but a new co-worker has experience with programming. He freelance (web dev) but he got kids now so he wants to go back to school.
Will tryWorking out uses up my rage for the most part. 30-45 mins and I' m ready to go. Do anything that uses up that negative energy.
I'm already trying to learn skills to make money, who time for them shyts and spending bread dont make me happy.Exercise

This is a chemical depression, basically your brain fukking sucks...
The way to make you have a normal mood...is to chemically supplement the chemicals that would naturally regulate your mood...
Working out and all that shyt is whatever...
At the end of the day...if you not doing shrooms, weed, acid, special K or molly at therapeutic doses...you ain't helping yourself...
