I think you are suffering from burnout...best way to deal with burnout...is to not do anything...
I don't take my own advice because I am a masochist...
I gotta write a webseries, I gotta make the music for the webseries, I gotta run a web design business, I deal with a crazy bytch that doesn't make any sense to me, I gotta pass classes I don't give a fukk about so I can get a piece of paper I don't give a fukk about...
I gotta do a lot of shyt...and the best thing for me to do...is do nothing and just lay in bed all day and watch Netflix or whatever and read about shyt that crosses my mind...and not talk to anybody
But instead I decided Ima shoot this web series in February...and Ima write it and do the music...currently...
Now I am like "fukk...I gotta do this shyt..."
And no I am not excited about doing it...nor am I happy about doing it...and I quite frankly do not get excited about anything...I don't view that things I do as accomplishments...at this point...I do not know what a fukking accomplishment is...I do not even know why I do the things I do...
I think because...I have nothing else better do...
All I really wanna do is absolutely nothing...
Anyway...if you don't wanna take antidepresssants so your brain can go back to normal...do the drugs I listed or do CBT....or DBT
