South-Let white people be openly racist, content with being 2nd class citizens

Midwest-highest murder rates in the country across the board

West- Highest rates of black on black homicides but got pushed out their hoods by mexicans

2015 wasn't the worst year it was just the worst since 93. All those rust belt cities were built around blue collar jobs. Many of these jobs don't exist anymore. That's why the region as a whole took a L.
