nikkas interns moonlighting as CEOs

I'll hopefully be there by 30.
Starting lawl school in 2014. On track for acceptance at UT (as long as I score good on the LSAT next June (taking a 2nd time, wasn't happy with my score, retaking for maximum $$$$ from schools) and my GPA stays where it is now I'll be good.
Then hopefully land a Summer Associate gig at Baker Botts or Greenburg Trauig and upon graduation and bar admittance get in on DAT big lawl career.
Both Baker Botts/Greenburg Trauig start 1st year associates @ $100k+ depending on the type of lawl you're practicing.
theyre making 160k first year
well starting over would be initially a bummer BUT what kinda time frame would you be looking at to get back to the income level you're at now? if you're looking @ only 1-3 years to rebuild income level it might be worth the leap. yeah you have to sacrifice a lil here and there on home expenses for a couple years but trust me that time flies by so fast and it's SO worth it at the end! now if your looking at 5+ years just to get back to what your currently makinglet's call it a construction/real estate related business.
i could but i would essentially be starting from the very bottom again, no special favors granted.
i've actually been considering it.
I sell steam showers though ecommerce. Do you have product that I could sell?

You can sit here and say you cant, and i can show you that you can. All those figures are from june, we just signed with a bigger and better ad network so we are doing much better now. That 1K figure is how much we were making a day. But i guess im just talkingright? I guess the next thing yall will say is i made that in photoshop. STOP worrying about all the ways it wont work, and simply focus on making it work. I didnt reinvent the wheel, this is just a regular blog site. You see a Laptop I see an ATM. BUT i guess its not possible since we on the coli and people cant be successful here. The funny part is Irish has some things in place that shyt all over my little biz, but i guess im just lying.
damn i should have took that make money online thread more serious. Irish I asked you before about marketing for dropshipping you still willing to do that? I could care less about bots, black hat ect.. as long as that shyt makes money. I think I found a good niche took me months to figure it out, I just need to be high in them google searches so I can get my bitcoin game up before this hyperinflation hits and the little bread I have aint worth shyt.

at the end of the day you need to consider whether you love what you're currently doing or not because everyday you waste doing a job you're no longer passionate about is a day that you could have got cracking building in a new field. ya know? i know it's easier said than done when you have a family tho...![]()
it's tough to call. right now my base/bonus split is close to 50/50 so it makes it easier to get through the year w all my expenses then stack some dough when i get my bonus check at the end of year. if i made the shift to that business i'd be in more of a sales role so i'd be taking a big cut in my base off the bat. it would definitely take some time to build up a book of business/customers but once i do i'd be eating pretty well off those monthly commission checks. i'd say safely it would take me a few years to get back to a comfortable income level again.
it's also a tough time in my personal life to make any major financial shifts. i'm trying to sell my apartment in the city and i just bought a house in the burbs. there is a good chance i'm going to be paying 2 mortgages at once for a few months until the apartment sells. i'm also going to be tearing down the house and rebuilding so i have those construction costs to think about. just a whole lot on my plate at the moment. but pops and i have had a few heart to hearts and if i decide it's something i really want to do he will have my back.
it's just a matter of taking that first step, and being certain it's truly the move i want to make.![]()

Have you considered renting your apartment? I think you'll get a renter more quickly than a buyer. Paying two mortgages is going to suck.
