Please give me examples of capitalist property rights and relations anywhere widespread before roughly 1600 ad. And arguing that property rights exist in a vacuum separate and independent from the state, and thus didn't arise because of the state's protection, is the definition of appealing to natural law.

Smdh I ask you nicely not to point out my fallacies and here you go, calling my strawman. Again, please don't own me with your extremely spectrum logic knowledge. It's unfair and frankly unacceptable

Natural law is saying it is a state of nature, that it occurs universally and simply is by pure logic of humanity. Saying that property is a societal construct, is the opposite of arguing it from a natural law perspective.

You can use the Bible and religious literature to show the concept of private property before the 1600s. You have the Torah which describes private property in Deuteronomy (no stealing, no using other people's fields without permission and etc).

You also have Babylonian/Hammurabi's Code that describes property law as well
Babylonian law - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Details how it can be leased/rented, sold, and how other property could be bartered and etc.

All these concepts of private property have commonalities with the way Libertarians today view property. So I don't think you have much of a case of arguing that the concept used by libertarians wasn't in existance before the 1600s AD.

As for your logical fallacies, again, if you want to go ahead and admit you have zero logic in your arguments that is fine with me. I'm just here to discuss questions people might have with regards to libertarianism.

Can we also talk about right-wing libertarians absolutely hijacking and b*stardizing the libertarian (i.e., anarchist) tradition? :deadmanny:

But proto-anarcho capitalist would be your classical liberals of the individualist bent like Hebert Spencer, JB Say, Bastiat, Mollinari and etc.
Don't you think?

No, because anarchism stands against all forms of oppression and social hierarchy. There's no such thing as "anarcho-capitalism," except as a fantasy of the rich where they'd be able to do as they please with no one to check them

Yet you had early anarchist who would be looked at today as anarcho capitalist, which proves that anacaps and its principles have been around the anarchist movement from the beginning. Which in turns falsifies your claim that it can't exist or that its a contradictory term.

You have to understand that right?

Libertarians have it right on economic issues, but they're totally wrong on social issues like drugs, homosexuality, open borders, nationalism, and social engineering.

We have identified 20,000 genes that can affect someone's academic performance, surely there is something the government can do to improve national IQ, which appears to have a huge effect on national performance and the performance of the individuals that live within that national territory.

We see the wrong people immigrating and the wrong people are giving birth. We can control this with social engineering policies.

Authoritarian Capitalism is the best system, and social engineering works.

Lee Kuan Yew is probably the best statesmen that every lived and his society is the model of the future.

Honest question :manny:

I really don't know too much about them, but I'm listening to this town hall and they seems a lot less crazy than the other two.

But, I know people always refer them as crazy.
School me, brehs :lupe:
Few do.
This is the issue, plain and simple...

Their Alex Jones types. Those are usally 100% white supremacist. Since I am against that, I am 100% against them.
Johnson responded to the BLM question in a more genuine way than Trump's ranting or Hillary's scripted and focus-audience tested responses.

The government will create a problem, then after decades of ruining people's lives with said problems they will "solve" it pat themselves on the back take a photo op and say "this is why we need government"

You will see this when the war on drugs ends
