3. pull ups

i like to do a lot of these and switch them up. first wide grip, then short, then chin ups etc. plus i can feel they make my arms and back stronger.

2. deadlifts

i just enjoy these. i have been a hockey player all my life so i have a pretty strong lower back and i can really feel the reps make my core/hips/legs stronger, and that burning in the traps feels good aswell.

1. bench press

maybe a little corny but the benchpress gave me the biggest body transformation by far. got my chest pumped, my shoulders bigger and i think even my neck looks a little firmer. plus i have perfect technique now and really added some weight on the barbell.

Would have been my list until I fukked my back up and cant deadlift anymore. So ill replace deadlift with dumbell shoulder press and add dips to pull ups (they go together, and make them weighted :birdman:) :salute:
