i don’t follow street rules at work :mjpls:

I ain’t actively snitching but if it interferes with my potential promotion or my evaluation/assessment :camby:

This is also a career for me, not just a job.

People who snitch can get snitched on. Im not proactively going to snitch. I only ever once told on a manager who was trying to wrongfully fire somebody over a chick. And only because I was asked my opinion. I cleaned it up best I could so nobody got fired though, and neither did. Just put the manager on notice that he shouldnt be trying to retaliate. Crazy part is he was a married man. Mad at a young dude for coupling up with shorty cuz he couldnt flirt no more. Possibly used to fukk but she never admitted to that.

i had someone try to snitch on me years ago on some bullshyt when i worked in a IT support center for a big corporate chain...someone who thought he was more important than he was..anyways it was nearing the end of my shift i was shooting the shyt and joking with 2 of my co workers. 1 minute before i can clock out, the phones started ringing at our desks...now all the phones were linked to a system that had a queue so you can see anything having to do with it. at the time i only was only programmed to receive domestic (US) calls, not international. I picked up my phone and there was no answer. when that happens that means someone else got it Or they hung up. either way i was good, logged out and went home. the next day i get in and the manager was like "can i see you in my office?" with this angry look on her face. I was like ok. I get in and she starts lighting me up on some "i heard you left work while the phones were ringing? is that true? youre suppose to be a team player? blah blah" i was like :whoa: who told you that? she is like somebody did and then i fired back did you even check the phone system logs from yesterday? so she logged in to her system with me looking and bam shows i picked up the phone and it was an international call which was not added to my phone profile and showed who picked it up. Looking sheepish as hell she is like well we have the expectations here blah blah..i fired back well next time you should do a little research or ask me before you accuse me of anything..but i was seeing red since it wasn't a lot of people around during that shift, the process of elimination on who snitched on me was easy. i was ready to issue a threat but unfortunately before i can confront him, he got transferred to a different support center in a different state

Unless it's going to negatively affect me, I'm not getting involved.

If it doesn't affect me then do whatever the fukk you want, but im snitching if I have to do more work because of you

Yeah, most reasonable people are probably gonna be on this wave.

For the most part, if you're fukking up, it'll catch up to you eventually without anyone saying anything.

But if it's a case where you're actively making everyone else's work harder, or putting them in a position where they're likely to get hit when you get caught on some "what did you know, and when did you know it," shyt? Can't be surprised if someone snitches.

People can't pay for bills and housing with street code. :hubie:

If nobody lying on you or there’s no way you end up in court/lose your job over some sht, then you didn’t have sht to do with sht.

Not your department. Your work is your alibi. Leave it at that :manny:
