I always follow the Mike Brady Standard:

So I generally keep everything to myself.







However - I take pictures with my phone when I see faulty chit.

I have been at my job since 1999, so I know where a lot of bodies are buried.
And people have trusted me with a lot because of my quiet rep. I know chit about co-workers they don't even know about themselves.
If I wanted to, I could burn this place to the ground...but I don't like mess.

We have this karen coworker at my job all she does is gossip….

My job hired this OG breh…so i got him settled and a i told him dont say anything inappropriate to this cac bytch(mind u she told me if dude says anything to her shes going to HR)

So 2 months go by….and she kept tryna gossip with dude n he would walk away etc…so one day the karen bytch confronted him “why dont u talk to me etc” and this idiot says “ max said u was talkn about me”

So i had this bytch confront me at work but im witty enough i was like “yeah i said u said…(something she said)” and she was like ow ok..after that i told OG why did u tell her that???? N his p*ssy ass folded so im done looking out for him

The fact that people have to follow street rules or better yet feel the need to follow steet rules at work, especially if they are civilians, is wild!! Smh..

Now, if we are talking about whistle blowing, then that is another thing...

I guess it depends on the situation.

Thing is..

If a person gonna do it, then said person better expect retaliation. Also, it will help if there was a class action going on. There word against yours is quite difficult, but not impossible, to win.

If a person gonna blow the whistle, then pick one's battle wisely...

Yea I stay out the way and document everything. it has saved me in multiple occasions of he said she said. We have 2 old ass Karens in the company I work for. One terrorizes everyone with her stupid shyt and the other gossips about everything and everyone. Probably 75% of the issues we have in can be traced back to them.
