i don't know if OP is white/trolling but it's actually an interesting question. All I know is when I look at yearbook pics from my mom in the 70's EVERYONE had a fro and a fresh lining didn't seem to be the standard like it was when u grew up in the 80/90's. Wether on purpose or not, I think it's a interesting question:yeshrug:

Around the time the "philly fade" or scottie pippen/rudy gay haircut became popular.

Besides old heads getting line ups and scissor cuts instead of electric clippers, it was the dominican cats who were big on line ups. Then young negus and ricans started riding the wave.
