Nope she was not an ectomorph at all. She was a mesomorph. She was lean as fukk. Looked like a track runner, and lean asf. As a kid I remember strangers always coming up and asking her to flex her arms. It was weird to me as a kid. But she stood out as she was very fit and muscular. And I'm not an ectomorph either. Breh, I know you want to peg everyone so that it can fit into your theory about weight loss, but nah. Again, if what your doing works for you, then continue with it.

No, I'm telling you what research has said about this issue. Your personal stories and observations don't speak for everyone and include your own personal biases. Research and study after study coming to the same conclusions hold more weight to me. My mother was a personal trainer too. Hell, she ate what she wanted. She maintained 12-14% body fat into her early fifties until she was loaded on medication and gained weight, and became 17% bodyfat. She was cut asf most of her life, and ate carbs.

People dont get it breh, people who are ectomorphs who can usually eat whatever they want and still look in shape are not the type of people who are on diets for weights loss, I thought this was common sense.
Most people who needs to diet are usually mesomorphs who are got out of shape or ectomorphs who have a hard time getting into shape...

It's becoming clear that people don't really care about the culprits behind weight gain, or that nearly every damn diet out there can work for anyone when it comes to weight loss--carbs or no carbs--if they believe it will work and stick with it. To be honest all they did was took what I said and twisted it completely around to fit whatever narrative they wanted to push. All I was saying is that you don’t have to completely eliminate carbs from your diet to lose weight, they came in here with their own personal narratives.

Your mom is more ecto-meso, she is not true meso, the fact it took prescription drug for mom to only go up a few % point in bodyfat let's me know is a ectomorph at origin, but once you add a good amount of muscle you go into mesomorph.
But the fact that you said she was always "cut" has ectomproph written all over, sh#t my cousin can eat 2 large pizzas and still wake up shredded with a 6 pack with minimal to no trainning at all, that's ectomorph.

This is exactly what happened. Everyone on coli is a diet expert, because they did a diet and it works well for them. I've posted studies in here that directly state the causes of weight gain and obesity and people are really still sticking to this narrative that carbs are the issue. :snoop: the coli.com

Not ecto at origin, or at all breh. She knows what she was better than you, who doesn’t know her at all, nor is qualified to assess someone you’ve never seen or talked to in depth.

got hot in like 02/03/04 with atkins and south beach, then paleo was the wave (not really the strictest low carb, but being that grains are eliminated, it ends up being low carb for most), now it's keto...

it's dumb to me...i've done no carbs in a crunch when i couldn't exercise, but i don't drop any weight when i do 30g or less of carbs and workout. you can low carb effectively (less than 100g...this is really nothing if you workout) by including 1-2 servings of fruit and 1-2 servings of whole grains in your diet and still lose large amounts of weight quickly and without the rebound that happens to most who cut out all carbs and then reintroduce them. yea, no carb leads to an initial large weight loss - DUE TO WATER WEIGHT LOSS - but it is no more effective for weight loss over time than any other diet.

i will say those who have hormonal/insulin issues may benefit from it, but overall calories in <<< calories out and KIM

Wait your just now describing her as muscular, non of other descriptions of her stats her as being muscular, only lean and shredded, which you mention twice.....:mjlol:
