Sorry, but what does this have to do with what I was talking about? He said that it seems like love wouldnt be enough in a relationship and I said it wasnt because being in love =/= compatibility. You may be in love with someone but if you're not on the same page, you have to be honest with yourself. You can love someone who is toxic or not good for you..
I was just asking a general question. The other poster seemed not to want to answer me.

Okay, sorry. :o:

Loyal: Supportive, on your side, stick through the good & bad (within reason - I dont think loyal means to be a doormat).
Faithful: Honest & not a cheater.

I don't think it's ever been "cool" or socially acceptable to date a broke man. A woman's independence and a man being broke/not broke is not synonymous. I never heard of an independent woman dating a broke man because she could take care of herself :heh: This thread makes no sense.
