How am I moving goal posts? I already know Biggie didn't write that song as a means to diss Tupac, there's proof that he's made the song before Tupac got shot. However, the song could be perceived as a diss towards him because of their intentions on releasing the song around the time he got shot. So now you can't read my posts correctly but also don't know the meaning of "moving goal-posts", noice.
I also find it funny that you ignored the part that I mentioned Biggie almost getting DPG and Snoop killed (and Pac's rival, Henchemen doing the shooting).

You can justify it, he named dropped Pac over an NY radio show and almost got DR artists killed. Henchmen's goons shot it up, well because Henchmen is an actual goon that isn't afraid of killing rappers.
He also releases an ambiguous song (media and fake rap fans) would interpret that as an actual diss record.
Breh we have to accurately follow the timeline from both sides, you can't just start with "Hit em Up" or the Mob Piru etc etc and talk from there.
Also, of course Pac went for an easier target going at someone like Henchmen is a lot harder and needs to be handled in a smart way, because Henchmen is not a dumb guy at all. Im not sure if you guys think life is a comic book story, but it isn't and same goes for Rap music. Pac wasn't a super thug and certainly wasn't at the level of Henchmen, same can be said with 99% of rappers including the nikka in your avatar.

He didn’t put Big on. Mister Cee & Matty C from the Source put Big on. He linked with Pac & Pac definitely looked out for him but like him you’re blowing his getting put on way out of proportion. That last interview with Joe Clair. Wasn't sincere, it was cool actin. Pac had just been killed. We're desensitized to the shyt now but at the time it was shocking. And the hoi polloi thought big had something to do with it.
