In this thread, we act like Afrikans aren't disproportionately poor, targeted by the pork, and confined to ghettos.

Alternatively, we can act like cacs often live in ghettos, face police harassment at equal rates to Afrikans, and face concentrated poverty as a group.

It's selective outrage, so we can be the center of attention, and never get real shyt done. Just what we do.

People are so invested in the optics, and have been, we squander so many chances at credibility. This kinda shot is the main reason Whites in the middle (sometimes leaning ) act or pretend they're scared to say anything. Yes, in some situations, anything they say will be wrong. Black folks experienced unprecedented economic gains in the 90s. The graph demonstrates the sharp upwards trajectory for black household income starting around 92/93. It went up roughly 10k in about a 7 year period only to level off in the 2000s, and then fall off a cliff following the '08 collapse.

Corresponding with this violent crime in black communities was drastically reduced in the late 90s, after record high spikes during the late 80s/early90s. Of course draconian drug laws had unintended consequences that are being addressed, and even Hilary herself has come out against them in retrospect.

So in short, black neighborhoods became safer and more prosperous under Bill Clinton.

But I apologize for using available macroeconomic data concerning income and crime, versus lazy racist explanations that blacks support Clinton because they wanna nae nae with her, and play the sax with Billy Bob, which is becoming very popular with conservatives and Bernie Bots alike.
