Put some respect in CH name. Folks to this very day biting off his style from raps to production.
I didn't even know he produced.
But to put him over someone that crafted some of the absolute best albums in Hip Hop history is insane.

I guarantee every single person on this list will say they were influenced heavily by Tip's production on them Tribe albums.
I should neg you for number 7.
Eh. As far as production goes Charles easily one of the most influential producers of the it's actually how many cats bit his wave and his style. Dude is modern day Paul C.
I feel that, and if you have time, put me on to some of his best beats please.
But....
Are you really standing by him being a better producer than Tip?
Me personally no. But its also age range to an extent. We were old enough to see the Native Tongues movement and stuff like that in real time but if you ask someone say under 30 and artists in those age ranges I could see them putting Charles in the top 10 especially when there was a time where every aspiring beat maker was trying to bite his style on soundcloud etc.

He's the greatest dual threat in hip hop history.
I'd put in my top 5-7 as a producer, and top 15-20 as a MC. You really can't understate ATCQ's catalog. At the end of the day, ATCQ might have the strongest claim to greatest overall discography OAT (ahead of Outkast and The Roots)
