Currently a contracted scheduling coordinator for one of the FAANGs. Want to become a recruiter or an administrative business partner, but it’s easier said than done apparently.
I just applied for the ABP job, but got declined for “minimum qualifications” even though I previously have 2 years of experience, when the job I applied for requires one

the thing I hate about my company is that internal references are king, and I currently work remote, so it’s hard to make any real connections with people.
I got my contract extended for another year (same pay) so I know I’m doing something right, but it seems like I’m going to have to leave this company to get a better paying job elsewhere. I would love to stay at my current company in a permanent role
