short answer is yes but they go after the big dogs when it comes to shyt like that. Otherwise they'd be arresting folks 24/7. Somebody downloading 1 or 2 programs isn't gonna be worth the time or resources. Especially if it's older programs.

Now if you have an entire enterprise going and you're frequently downloading the newest shyt they are going to keep an eye on you.

There are plenty of free solutions available and Office 365 is only 10 bucks a month. Better off going one of those routes if you have to ask.
