As a Dolphins fan it pains me to say this but Gronk is definitley on pace to be the best ever. The combination of strength, speed, catching a bility and just overall talent is unmatched by any other TE in history.
If he can get a good 10 years maintaining or keeping a similar pace then he will definitively be the best ever.

Even still as of now he's a top 5 TE.

And with that being said.....fukk the Pats

durability matters that's why I can't put him over Tony G just yet

but he could very well be #1 when all is said and done

Showing my age here...but I'm not sure he cracks my top 5...:jbhmm:

In No order...

Kellen Winslow
Brent Jones
Keith Jackson
Jay Novecek
Tony Gonzalez

Special rep to Ben Coates.

He's really good with plenty of time left, but I never saw him as dominant as those guys...
you must be real old bruh that Alzheimers is a killer.

only Gonzalez in that list can compare. Gronks stats as of NOW in his career are on par or better than all those other dudes.

Gronk is amazing, i don't want to throw shade but his numbers are aided by the pass happy rules in place today. Right now he's top 10 IMO and can keep climbing the list.

Imagine shannon sharpe being able to get free releases from the LOS because you can't touch guys or be physical with them or even hit them like you could back then. This era is different then 10-15 years ago as the game is opened up more for offensive players

I don't believe anyone is turning on pat's games and watching gronk line up to block. With how camera angles are setup we're looking at the pocket 90% of the time anyway.

The only time you get to see gronk block is if they're running to his side of your at the game watching at midfield and shifting your vision to gronk on every snap

And you can easily throw Ozzie Newsome in that group. TEs from the 80s & 90s were no joke fam!

Are you really complaining about how Gronk is tackled? :why:

You can't hit him high in this day of football:why:

Bronco defensive backs Constantly go at his knees, theres a right way to tackle low and theres a wrong way to tackle low. Even people that cover the Broncos on a daily basis know this.
