He's definitely top 10
You could make an argument for top 5

I disagree his entire career he hasn't shown anything outside of scoring which i'd argue he's selfish at. he finally became reliable on the defensive boards.. most of this has to do with his move to PF primarily thoughHe's definitely top 10

He's still top 10. He had them at 54 last season, than everything else fell around him.
)?
We can't give him credit for everybody playing over their heads and catching lightning in a bottle last year and then turn around and say this year is all about those same players falling.I agree he should. But it's hard when you playing 1 on 5 for 40 min every game
He isn't the first or the last breh. Unlike the great majority of other guys who have been in this situation before he chose this situation and directly contributed to it being as fukked up as it is. You don't get the teammates pass when you are big part of the reason your team is stuck with the scrubs that they have around you. Obviously it's not all his fault and obviously he's been balling but in a sport where individuals can have the most impact for his team to be THIS bad does have to give you pause.
he's not

he's 2000s adrian dantley
is top 10
To a certain degree, yes he alone had them at that record - because everybody was fulfilling their role. If they did the same this season, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. So he alone had them at 54 last year but this year with him even better they are worse than the fukking Pistons ()?

Their second best player last season was/is a streaky headcase, who we all shouldn't expect to play like that season in, season out. That right there isn't a stable enough foundation to think that a team will have long-term success. The underlying factor was that they created momentum, through their team-3pt capability (breaking the league record for most 3s in a season), an often overlooked part on why they were successful last season. That's no longer there because they don't have Kidd nor Novak - who albeit only had small parts - but they balanced the load out and stretched the floor. We can't give him credit for everybody playing over their heads and catching lightning in a bottle last year and then turn around and say this year is all about those same players falling.

The stretching of the floor was equaled out on the defensive end with the length of Chandler/Wallace/Camby/Kenyon. They didn't replace Wallace and Camby and Chandler has been injured for a good part of the season, leaving Bargnani out there to fill the defensive void.
All the small things that were in play last season, are no longer there - that's why they aren't winning, all despite Melo playing better this season.
