Abel is a master of Sambo, and was loosely based off of Fedor.
I would most likely be Cody. Fights for the hell of it and will win by any means. Cody is bout dat life

you think so? I dont get that vibe from Sean he reminds me of a black Naruto (even tho he's mixed) and Dudley is a smooth gentleman playboy while Elena is a cheerful half-naked princess from Kenya... Balrog and Deejay tho kinda played up 2 stereotypes and I cant remember any other black SFers as of now
as for my answer it would probably be Ken or Dudley for the lifestyle they live, but personality wise and moveset I'd go with Ryu or Sagat, quiet honorable dudes who will fukk you all the way up

My previous picks were who I'm closest to personality wise. Forgot to throw in Urien, so Urien, Alex, Ken, and Cody personality wise. Cody because I am willing to cheat to win if need be in a no rules street fight. Alex and Urien because they seem to not like being around weak people and Alex is pretty level headed unless you get in his way. Ken because I tend to be flashy with martial arts in real life. Dudley is probably my favorite street fighter character though
Tekken overall as a stronger black cast than Street Fighter. They made Sean a weak jobber in Third Strike after being a serious contender in the previous games.
