Lakers. all those other teams besides the celts and 6ers could be contracted and no one would give a shyt 
If Utah got the first pick and didn't take Jabari Parker I'd pass out...he's the perfect player for Utah and he wouldn't leave.
But the 76ers should get it they are just plain bad and don't have pieces...bucks are my second team.

I would like to see whichever team that misses the playoffs between PHX, MEM, DAL get it. It's only fair that in a system where a team with 45-50 wins misses the playoffs while 35-40 win teams make it that that 45-50 win team gets that top pick.

I think the first pick should go to the team with the worst record....so what if they blatantly tank that means they blatantly desire the first pick.
The hell with the lottery go off of records like the nfl.
And it means they aren't even trying to compete which goes against the basis of a competitive sports league.
I'm sure every team desires the first pick. The last thing a league needs is a bunch of teams acting on that desire. This ain't the NFL...you can get top players late in the first and in later rounds AND scheme, coaching, and depth >>>>> an individual transcendent talent in the NFL.
