I grew up in a neighborhood in an upper class white suburb in WEstern PA.

I couldn't even bother trying to find work at any of the businesses in that area, cause there were so many white peopel living there, they had literally no need whatsoever to hire blacks or any non-whites period.

You missing the point. America is saturated with white people. OVERSATURATED if you ask me. Some american cities are disproportionately white. They don't see other races on a day to day basis therefore they don't have to do shyt for them and they don't want to. They can get jobs from their own. They can see their own people as doctors. Mechanics. Landscapers. Local government etc. This is why I no longer wish to explain this to any white person anymore...I will point out facts, thoughts, observations, etc, and you will refuse to understand it, deflect, defend, etc.

Yes, I am free to go to any of these places but I know 100% I will not be treated the same way as the white people populating it and I know hate groups roam rampant in America and racism is EVERYWHERE in America. This is the legacy of their racist system and white supremacy. To be able to have it keep on going even with the littlest participation.

No you don't know that, you're basing it off of assumptions. I don't know what happened to you in your life to make you think this way but you have a drastically skewed vision of reality and I don't think any amount of debate between either of us is going to sway the other.

i don't have a clear cut answer for that and i don't think anyone (on this site, or anywhere else) has one, but making more problems and creating more divide between the races like @1984 says :

I went to 30 places and none of them hired me. The only work I could find at the time was at McDonalds which (surprise surprise) has the most amount of black people working for them and that's slave wage shyt. Alot of good jobs are shut out to black people. But honestly I don't care. I'm not begging a white man or white woman for a job anymore. I'm making my own money and trying to hire black people that need opportunities that others shut them out for.

This is why you think what I'm talking about is divisive cause it doesn't promote this unity stuff even though y'all got everything and we have nothing. As long as we have nothing, it's okay with you to preach this post-racial BS that even YOU don't believe.

bruh dont come at me telling me what i do and don't believe. you just said yourself you couldn't even be bothered TRYING to find work. I've passed out resumes to 30+ places as well and didn't get calls back. Guess what my first job was McDonalds too. It's not a matter of whites only hiring whites, or white saturation, the fact is the country in general is oversaturated (even in areas without dense population the demand for work in the service industry is lower because of that) and they're going to hire who they think is best for their job

@ thinking a corporation is going to deliberately hire someone they think won't do the most/best work for them based on race. i've seen plenty of mechanics, doctors, and subway employees of different races, whether they're black, white, indian, asian, or whatever. the people who are running businesses dont give a shyt about that, they give a shyt about money and who they think, based on resumes, will work the hardest and make them the most of it. they're not going to sacrifice profit for a racial agenda. if you can't get hired it's because of your work ethic no a vendetta against you due to your skin color.
