bruh dont come at me telling me what i do and don't believe. you just said yourself you couldn't even be bothered TRYING to find work. I've passed out resumes to 30+ places as well and didn't get calls back. Guess what my first job was McDonalds too. It's not a matter of whites only hiring whites, or white saturation, the fact is the country in general is oversaturated (even in areas without dense population the demand for work in the service industry is lower because of that) and they're going to hire who they think is best for their job

@ thinking a corporation is going to deliberately hire someone they think won't do the most/best work for them based on race. i've seen plenty of mechanics, doctors, and subway employees of different races, whether they're black, white, indian, asian, or whatever. the people who are running businesses dont give a shyt about that, they give a shyt about money and who they think, based on resumes, will work the hardest and make them the most of it. they're not going to sacrifice profit for a racial agenda. if you can't get hired it's because of your work ethic no a vendetta against you due to your skin color.

I followed your whole back and fourth with @1984 , and to be honest, you come off as very naive and borderline ignorant.

1)Academically speaking, minorities cannot be racist. For some annoying reason a lot CACS confuse racism with prejudice and it shows a lack of academic sophistication. In sociology they clearly teach you the difference between the two; and it's usually the chapter before they get into deviant behaviors in society. Now to be fair you can make an argument that @1984 is prejudice against CACS and that would be a legitimate argument; however we all have prejudices ( seek Mark Cuban speech). The real question is, do you allow your prejudices to dictate your actions? For CACS that overwhelmingly control this country resources and power, this is the real way to show that you're not racist. Unfortunately over the course of these last eight years, we have ( Us Black people) have seen that a majority of CAC Americans aren't willing to set aside their prejudices when it comes to black Americans.

* To be fair and transparent, I have on many times admitted to being prejudice against Caucasian Americans. I'm at least willing to admit it.

2) Your statement about white privilege being made up bullshyt, is a low intelligence response that shows your lack of naivety. You and 1984 could go back and fourth about subjective matters in relation to race and etc; however you cannot argue with numbers. A basic Database search or google read, would clearly tell you the following statistics.

1) Black people are targeted disproportionately when it comes to prison sentences, detentions, and criminal offenses.

2) Black people schools ( K-12) are underfunded in comparison to their white counterparts. Even when you remove property taxes from the equations, state assistance always favors CAC schools.

* You can rah rah against My statements; however you cannot argue with number and statistics. Nobody can beat the calculator.

3) If it takes one Internet forum to change your mind and process as you just stated, then I directly challenge your thinking process and intellect. If it takes anonymous posters to change your thoughts without you reading and researching, then you were a lost cause to begin with.

4) I doubt that you're black, but it would be nice to have proof. We have a thread for that.
