I have been to quite a few of them joints. I've seen deadmau5, kaskade, tiesto, Afro jack and other djs like them. So many bad bytches in there :ohlawd:

And when they dj in Vegas :wow: the amount if fine ass chicks wall to wall is out of control. Y'all nikkaz can sleep if y'all want, but I'm tellin u, Edm clubs, parties, or pool parties are crackin!

All them black hoes probably mess with nothing but white dudes cause EDM is not whats poppin in black culture.
Just like with Rock.
If a black chick is into Rock she most likely messes with white dudes.

I think he meant as in the atmosphere and music played.

Oh

House (this new EDM house is more saw heavy stomping house...not like the progressive house or tech house that's usually prevalent at festivals these days. It's more commercial...more mainstream. And IMO more...formulaic. It's probably the most popular and replicated incarnation of EDM/House/Techno).

Techno, trap...that's it really. Trance is rare to hear in clubs unless it's speciality DJs flying in...it's not as big as it was in the 00s when Tiesto, PVD, were first blowing up and it's turned to basically Trouse/Electro Trouse

I think that's what's the most visible in the American scene. It's different overseas in Europe (mainly in London, Paris, Spain, Italy, Berlin) cause the dance scene manifested itself differently there in the late 80s and the 90s. At that time, it was just mainly brothas from DEtroit, Chicago, and NYC doing it (but then again, it stems from the black community...70s disco is the nucleus for today' house music/rave music). I've had convos with heads from overseas and they tell me the US scene is way too commercial.

I personally like going to clubs with an older crowd. I don't go to festivals...I don't like that teeny bopped immature Mary/Molly/Lucy YOLO crowd.

As a person in the club industry let me say if you don't like the music and are just going to try and get women just don't go. Bored nikkas cause the most trouble. Unless you trying to broaden your horizons and have a great time just find a "black club"

Its so sad that black people treat EDM like corny white people music. They're missing out on dopeness.

:wow:

I had to quote this, so accurate and It can be universally applied to pretty much any club or event, even a house party. Generally speaking, someone whose having a good time is not gonna kill the vibe or cause a scene.

Sad cause without black culture/black people...there would be no EDM. Why are my people so ignorant to this fact?! EDM/House/Techno/Drum N Bass/Jungle all came from black people. Just like damn near every single other genre of music aside from classical.

There are still dozens of black and spanish DJs and producers still doing it...some of them are actually the architects of the genre (Frankie Knuckles, Little Louis Vega, MAW, Derrick May, Jeff Mills, Juan Atkins, Carl Craig etc...)

The only thing I know created by black folks was Techno.

I like these spots cause mad women go...can't say I go a lot, because most of my homies aren't into that music. But you'll find more bad women in these spots then any other club.

It's funny I was in Fat Tuesdays in Philly Saturday night, which is a bar, and they were rocking the EDM...never seen FT so packed, straight up the floor coulda caved in when everyone started stomping when the bass heavy shyt came on. Nice mixed crowd, but surprisingly a lot of black people.

I just hit up Bossa Nova civic club atleast once every week. They always have DJs spinning house and techno (sometimes live sets from producers/DJs). No real Big names, just indie heads from L.I.E.S. play there. I like it, it's low key.

I've been meaning to check out Output and the new Verboten club here in Brooklyn. As well as Marquee in queens.
Output is dope but drink prices are fuvked up even by NYC standards
