they both got alot of talent and are equal in a lot of ways as far as my taste goes but skateboard's solo and them n.e.r.d. albums put him ahead in my book.

Pharrell is way more creative and relevant right now if that matters.

Tim's stuff is a bit more classic to me tho and will age a lot better. Full albums with Missy, Aaliyah, Ginuwine, even the Magoo shyts were well done. Aside from the Clipse, the albums with Kelis werent that good, In My Mind was weak, NERD is hit or miss, and the Neps/Pharrell got a bunch of "hit" singles where some have aged incredibly, and others sound awful now.

Pharrell is more of an artist tho and the fact that hes updated his sound and continues to give heat to the new generation is very commendable. I could care less on what Timbo is working on right now, even tho is catalog is a bit stronger IMO.

Nobody can fukk w 90s Tim....however the neptunes did have one of the greatest producer runs ever, but u can just say pharrel cuz chad was a huge part of the creative process too. They both kinda slipped a lil in recent yrs. it's hard to say but I'm gonna go w timbaland
