What kept you from getting it in at home?
All I do is calisthenics at home these days. Got in 600 squats, 100 calf raises, 100 crunches, 100 leg raises, and 100 ankle touches last night.

As far as excuses go, rain is pretty weak unless you can't drive.

I was tryna give him the benefit of the doubt on the weather right now cause its rough outchea. Flash flood just killed 40 folks in TN, don't want a breh to lose his life for the gainz.
