Why are you doing this? Why are you spinning what I said? How many times do I need to say that there's no significant difference in their ability/impact. From the jump you immediately thought I picked Melo, because he had 'separated himself' from CP0, when I never said anything that resembled that (and have made it clear numerous amount of times). What traits did I talk about? When did I say anything about leadership? There is really no justification for picking either player over the other....its a toss up like I said from jump. Picking one and dwelling on the faults of the other (which are the same as the guy u picked) denotes a bias.

The fact that Melo is ahead shows that y'all know more about basketball than I thought. I think it's easier to replace CP3 with an average point guard than to replace Carmelo with an average wing, and win a title. I don't like the idea of high usage point guards being the best player on a championship roster either.
Melo, on a team with a rim protecting center, smart game managing point guard, wingman who can hit the outside shot, and a strong stretch 4, is a team that I'd believe could make a run. Something like:
